GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION: In the municipality of Sainte Croix du Mont. The property was founded after the war by Mr Labat. It was taken over in 1990 by his daughter Mrs. Annie Lapouge who worked to develop and modernize the estate until 2000 when her daughter Mrs. Virginie Barbe took over.

SURFACE AREA: 22 hectares

NATURE OF THE GROUND: On a panoramic plateau formed by fossil oyster beds dating from the Tertiary Era, located 110 meters above sea level. Clay-limestone soils containing fossil agglomerates of marine origin.

VINEYARD VARIETY: 87% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon, 3% Muscadelle.

Average age of the vines: 40 years.

VENDING : Manual by successive selections (3 at least).

Average yield : 35 hl / ha

VINIFICATION : Traditional in stainless steel and cement vats.

BREEDING: 1 to 2 years in vats.
