On the right bank of the Dordogne river, 40km north-east of Bordeaux, Vignobles Quet operates about 50 Ha of vineyards. Their various renowned Libourne appellations allow the wines of Vignobles Quet to be among the great Bordeaux wines.
Sophie and David, at the head of more than 50 hectares, have focused primarily on developing the quality of the wines: 22 Ha in Bordeaux Supérieur, 21 Ha in Montagne Saint-Émilion, 5.6 Ha in Saint-Émilion and 1.5 Ha in Lalande Pomerol.

The plots are located halfway up the hill supporting the town of Saint-Émilion, about 2 km from the summit. Soil: predominantly sandy with a deep clay-limestone subsoil: it gives these plots a certain precocity that allows the harvest at optimal maturity whatever the year.
The parcels producing this appellation are located on the commune of Lalande de Pomerol. The gravelly soils allow to obtain a good maturity because they are allied to a silica-clay subsoil in which the roots of the vine can draw the freshness in dry year.
