Vinification & Maturing

Traditional vinification with no added sulphur in temperature-controlled vats and 40% maturing in new barrels.

Tasting Notes

A dress of a brilliant ruby with grayish reflections. Very concentrated, notes of small red fruits dominate. Behind it develops a wide range of scents ranging from vanilla, due to the new wood, to figure and prune. The aromatic richness of the bouquet can be found on the palate. Very generous, these wines are full-bodied and well-structured. In the first years, the tannins are very present, but this firmness does not deprive the wines of a certain suppleness and a fleshy side.

Food & Wine pairing

Ideal with red meat, pheasant with grapes, squab and other game birds.

Awards & Certifications

2020 - Silver Medal at the Lyon International Competition
