Vinification & Maturing
Entonnage. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels (10% new barrels). Temperature of FA between 13° and 18°. Maturing on fine lees, regular stirring of the lees. Bottling after 9 to 10 months of ageing.
The Viognier grape variety expresses itself fully on its preferred territory which is the Condrieu. With a deep yellow robe with bright golden reflections, it has a rather fine nose. It will surprise you with its richness and minerality. Its amplitude of fruit aromas (white peaches, apricots) will evolve into notes of honey and almonds after a few years.
