The estate is located in the center of the village of Serrières in the north of the Ardèche. The 17th century house hides vaulted cellars, restored with passion, in which are raised our Saint Joseph and Condrieu. On the steep hillsides overlooking the Rhone Valley, we work nearly 12 hectares of vines, with the greatest respect and control of yields: grassing, thinning out the leaves, leaf removal, green harvesting. All this work allows us to harvest perfectly ripe grapes of very good quality.
Domaine Boissonnet perpetuates a family tradition which takes its full meaning through the history of its cellars dating back to the 17th century and in which the winemaker has been ageing his wines in barrels since 1990. Frédéric Boissonnet took over and relaunched the activity of his father and grandfather.
